THE ORANGE was caught on the street and photographed for SPIN magazine at SXSW this year! Special thanks to our friend Blake Panter for seeing it and sending us the link and also to the SPIN photographer Aaron Richter and photo director for calling us, "the prettiest band at SXSW". Next year we may have to wear all pink and dye our hair blonde! Duran Duran baby!

THE ORANGE at the Fashion Rules party @ Neiman Marcus Willowbend March 3rd, 2011. We also had a chance to meet the very lovely Miss Texas and a Jason Terry of the Dallas Mavericks. THE GRETSCH SPARKLE JET RETURNS FOR SXSW!

Hey everyone, Scott here to say that I feel quite x-static!  Thanks to Sky Guitars in Denton my/ Eric Martin's Gretsch Sparklejet with the Bigsby Tremelo guitar will now be making a special appearance at all THE ORANGE shows at SXSW in two weeks! Not only did they fix the guitar, they even had a brand new Gretsch Guitar Case (the exact one I needed) in the store. It was an offer I could't refuse. I've had this guitar for over 5 years and I just finially found a case for it. Just thought I would share the love. If you play guitar and your looking for a chill guitar shop with everything but Gibsons, Sky Guitars is your place.

Meet Channce Moffitt

Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing Channce Moffitt, the newest addition to THE ORANGE. After a wild and unmatched performance at The House of Blues last week Channce has now resumed lead guitar duties for the band. What many of you may not know about him is that Channce was actually a founding member of THE ORANGE in 2005 but left to pursue a solo project named The Opposites Attract. He is by far the most interesting guitar player we have ever had and we are very excited to have him back in the fold. When you see him give him a warm welcome and also be prepared for some of the most interesting noises you will ever hear. THE ORANGE will resume playing live this March at the SXSW festival in Austin and a tentative show is in the works in Dallas with our freinds Hoyotoho. Stay warm and stay tuned.
